Shopping at Samsung.com is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

Product Assistance and Availability

In addition to Samsung.com, our products are also carried in thousands of electronics and specialty stores. To find a Samsung-authorized retailer near you, please refer to the product page of the product you are interested in, and select the Shop button.

We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new products and great offers.

Not all merchandise carried in stores is available online at this time. You may use our Search feature to look for an item by keyword or item number.

Shipping and Service

Unfortunately, once your Samsung.com order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you placed your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse and we will process a full refund to your credit card.

We do our best to accommodate shipment to anywhere in the U.S. and understand that not all of our customers have traditional/conventional street addresses. To provide the most extensive and protective coverage, our carriers do not ship to Postal Box addresses. However, to best serve and protect you, all Samsung.com orders are delivered to you directly via carrier services. 

Standard – Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is 1-3 business days.
Expedited – Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is two (2) business days
Express – Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is one (1) business day

Samsung White Glove Delivery*
Samsung is pleased to offer white glove delivery service on select television models. White glove delivery service includes:

• Delivery of your TV by trained professionals
• Placing the television into any accessible room in your home that you specify;
• Removal of the television from its packaging;
• Assembly of included television stand (if applicable);
• Placement of the TV on your A/V furniture. (Please be sure your furniture is assembled and ready in advance.)
• Connecting the television to a power supply and verifying that the television can be powered on; and;
• Removal of the packaging debris from your home

Please note that white glove delivery does NOT include assembly of any audio/video furniture, wall mounting or installing the television, connection of any audio or video sources to the television, and/or removal of old televisions and/or audio/video components from your home.

Prices and promotions (e.g., promotion codes or free shipping) offered online may not be used in stores, and store prices and promotions (e.g., coupons or additional discounts) may not be used online, unless otherwise stated.

Product Returns

Samsung is committed to quality products. A product with a quality or operational defect that was purchased from Samsung.com can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase including 15 days to receive your RMA and 15 days to ship back the product. No, Samsung.com offers free returns with a shipping label and we will cover the shipping cost back for the item you are returning.

For your convenience, you may return or exchange merchandise you purchased online within 30 days of purchase including 15 days to notify us and receive an RMA and 15 days to ship the product back to us.

Returns

Samsung Direct will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at Samsung.com/US, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All merchandise returned to Samsung Direct must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Samsung Direct, in its sole discretion, to be defective.

Exceptions to Return Policy

•   If you wish to return a product that came with a free promotional item, such as a free memory card with a phone, all items must be returned together.
•   Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Samsung, in its sole discretion, to be defective.

Timeframe and Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchanges 

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To return or exchange defective or unopened merchandise, customers must (a) obtain an RMA number within 15 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order and (b) ship the merchandise to Samsung Direct within 15 calendar days of the date the RMA number was issued by Samsung Direct (the “Return Period”).

The return address will vary based on product, be sure to receive an RMA prior to sending to ensure it goes to the right location. To receive an RMA number and return label for returns or exchanges, initiate a return on an item by using our online order lookup. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package and you must ship the product back to the delivery addressed specified on the RMA within 15 days of the issued RMA.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the Return Period. For hardware product issues after the Return Period has expired, please refer to your product’s Limited Warranty. Extended Service Plans are available for most hardware products.

Product Warranty

Do not accept machines that have failed due to customer modifications or other features or equipment.
Repair card and purchase invoice once changed, the package repair line fault.
Each repair service is checked by the service center for machine manufacturing numbers and maintenance certificates.
Ask the customer to save the purchase invoice and the repair certificate as a repair certificate and lose no compensation.
It is one of the following circumstances, the implementation of cost recovery.

Consumers are damaged due to use, maintenance, improper storage;
Non-Aikun authorized repair center personnel demolition caused damage;
Maintenance certificate on the model does not meet or repair maintenance product model;
Loss due to force majeure;
Not required to operate the machine in accordance with the instructions;
Malfunctions, scratches or breakage caused by movement or dropping.
